TurbineOne Selected to Expand Frontline AI Across the U.S. Marine Corps

New agreement creates a streamlined path to deploy TurbineOne’s AI software across Marine Corps units and missions

CHANTILLY, Va., Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TurbineOne, the frontline AI company, today announced a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with the U.S. Marine Corps, creating a streamlined path to purchase and deploy TurbineOne’s artificial intelligence software across operational missions.

The agreement enables Marine Corps organizations to place delivery orders for TurbineOne software and related integration, engineering, training, technical support, and sustainment. Future orders may support missions including automated target recognition, multi-sensor data fusion, counter-unmanned systems, and operational decision support.

“Marines operate forward, where networks are contested and decisions have to be made quickly. Marines are putting significant focus on being the forward-most targeting element for the Joint Force, and that combination of austerity and connectedness is a wicked problem,” said Ian Kalin, CEO and Co-Founder of TurbineOne. “Marines understand that AI should be a force multiplier, not a logistical burden. That is why the Marines are taking our AI to the frontlines. This agreement makes it faster and easier to put the world’s best AI models in Marines’ hands and scale it across missions.”

TurbineOne’s software is built to work at the tactical edge without continuous cloud connectivity and connect with the sensors and systems Marines already use. Marines can create, refine, and deploy their own AI detection models in the field, adapting quickly to new targets and threats without waiting for a new model to be developed and pushed down from higher headquarters.

The agreement expands TurbineOne’s work with the U.S. military to move AI from experimentation into operational use and make frontline AI easier to field, adapt, and scale across missions.
